Storage basket made from recycled material
The Restore storage basket was designed by Mika Tolvanen for Muuto . What makes it special Restore is its unobtrusive character. The basket is made of PET—or, to put it simply, old soda bottles. The designer gave this material a natural look by shaping it to resemble felt. Thanks to this surface texture and its rounded forms, Restore natural, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive. Thanks to its size, the Restore storage basket is perfect for magazines, books, or just about anything else that needs to be tucked away. Restore It’s easy to carry and a pleasure to look at. Designer Mika Tolvanen is part of the Finnish Rehti Design Group. After earning his master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in 2001, he founded his own design studio in Helsinki. Since then, he has worked for some of the most renowned designers and manufacturers. The Restore storage basket is available in various colors.
