It can be used to remove stubborn dough residue from the bowl and spread it onto cakes, pies, or other baked goods. After use, the Margrethe dough scraper can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The handle and scraper can be easily separated. The high-quality melamine not only makes it dishwasher-safe but also highly resistant to scratches and impacts. You can bake with your children without any worries about your kitchen tools. If the dough scraper happens to sit in a hot bowl or pot for an extended period, the melamine also prevents the scraper’s handle from heating up.
