Akari 25N Vitra Floor Lamp – Timeless Elegance in Soft Light
The Akari 25N floor lamp is part of the iconic Akari Light Sculptures series, which the Japanese-American designer Isamu Noguchi created in 1951. Inspired by traditional Japanese rice-paper lanterns, it combines exquisite craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Crafted from fine shoji paper, the Akari 25N provides a soft, glare-free light that lends any room a warm and soothing atmosphere. Its sculptural design and delicate construction make it a stylish focal point—whether in the living room, bedroom, or public spaces. Each lamp is handcrafted in Japan and bears Noguchi’s famous sun-and-moon symbol as a mark of authenticity. Designer: Isamu Noguchi- Handcrafted from shoji paper for diffused, warm light
