Spanish artist and designer Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1974. With offices in Italy, Spain and the UK, Hayon sees his greatest task as taking on challenges and discovering new perspectives.
Jaime Hayon's designs often walk the line between art, design and decoration: with a particular focus on high-quality craftsmanship, the Spanish designer creates furniture, accessories, interiors, sculptures and installations.
At his first major exhibition in London in the UK, Hayon's unmistakable style was described as "Mediterranean digital baroque" – a fitting description of his versatility and many influences.
Hayon's versatility has already earned him numerous exhibitions in internationally recognised museums and various design awards. He has designed products for renowned brands such as Magis, Fritz Hansen, Established & Sons and Fabergé.
