Giulio Iacchetti has worked as an industrial designer since 1992. He also teaches at universities and design schools in Italy and abroad.
Iacchetti has received several international awards for his work. In 2001, he won the Compasso d'Oro ADI for his Moscardino, which was also added to the permanent collection of MoMA in New York in the USA. For Alessi, he designed the Vassiliy tray.
For the Italian supermarket chain COOP, Giulio Iacchetti created the "Design at COOP" project and was entrusted with coordinating the COOP Eureka project.
