{h2} Table Lamp – A Design Icon in a Medium Size: The Pipistrello LED Med by Martinelli Luce {/h2} {b} ’s Pipistrello LED Med Table Lamp {/b} from {b} Martinelli Luce {/b} reimagines Gae Aulenti’s famous 1965 design in a versatile medium size. A distinctive feature is the opal-white methacrylate diffuser, whose curved segments are reminiscent of a bat’s wings and give the lamp its name. The diffuse, warm-white light at 2700 Kelvin creates a pleasant atmosphere and is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and lounge areas. A distinctive feature is the telescoping stem made of satin-finished stainless steel, which allows the height to be flexibly adjusted from 50 to 62 cm. The diffuser has a diameter of 40 cm. The frame and handle are made of painted aluminum and are available in various finishes. The integrated LED light source delivers 868 lumens, is adjustable via a dimmer on the cord, and is designed for a lifespan of 50,000 hours. With its combination of a sculptural silhouette, adjustable height, and soft light distribution, the Pipistrello Med is far more than just a table lamp—it is a functional design classic with an unmistakable presence.
