The series was designed by Supergroup, a collaboration between ceramic artist Ian McIntyre and illustrator John Booth. A particularly distinctive feature is the unusually voluminous handle, which gives the mugs their striking profile. Behind the playful-looking design lies a technically sophisticated ceramic manufacturing process that enables the distinctly soft and generous shapes.

The mugs are made of ceramic and feature a high-gloss glaze. With a diameter of 9 cm, a height of 9 cm, and a width of 13 cm, they sit comfortably in the hand. The 300 ml capacity offers plenty of room for coffee, tea, and other hot beverages.

The Bronto cups are delivered in a convenient set of two. According to Hem , they are dishwasher-safe but should not be used in the microwave. Together with plates, bowls, espresso cups, and egg cups, the distinctive design of the Bronto collection can be carried through to the set table.
