What is a packing station?

A packing station is a parcel machine from DHL. You have the option to receive your packages at one of these parcel machines, e.g. if you are rarely at home. The package stations are opened 24 hours so that you can also collect your packages in the middle of the night, when conventional post offices are closed. Please note that a package station can only receive packages of determinate dimensions.

How can I recieve packages at packing stations?

Initially you have to register in the DHL web page. If you haven’t already done that, please click here.

Choose now, while your ordering procedure in our Online Shop that the delivery address deviates from the invoice address. Now insert the following information as delivery address:

-Street: insert topic “packing station”.
-Nr. : insert here your three-digit packing station number, e.g. 123.
-Name: enter here your name.
-Surname: enter here your surname and your eight-digits post-number, e.g. “Surname / 12345678”
-Zip code: enter here the zip code of the packing station.
-Locality: enter here the locality of the packing station.
