Payment in advance (2% discount)

You will receive a 2% discount for an advance payment via bank transfer and after completion of an order automatically an e-mail with all the necessary information for your transfer.

As soon as we could book your payment has been processed, your order, as far as it is in stock, is dispatched. A bank transfer within Germany takes about 2-3 business days, for foreign transfers about 3-7 business days.

Please note that for the purchase of Connox gift vouchers with the payment method prepayment no 2% discount is granted.

Payment by invoice

We offer payment on account. However, a prerequisite for this is a corresponding credit rating, or already successfully completed orders. The invoice amount is due within 10 days and without deductions.

Payment by credit card

You can pay with us by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. In addition to your name and credit card number, please include the check digits and expiration date. You will find the check digits on the back of your credit card. They are the last 3 or 4 digits.
If there are any uncertainties with your order or the credit card payment, we ask you to contact us and not to initiate a chargeback! This leads to unnecessary costs, which we may charge you.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (AMEX only in Euro).

How does payment by credit card work?

Select "credit card" as payment method during the order process. Now please enter your name, the credit card number as well as the check digits and the validity date of the card.

Where can I find the required data?

The credit card number is the embossed sequence of numbers on the front of the card.

Check digits are usually located on the back of your credit card. Check digits are never embossed, they are always printed. For Mastercard and Visa, the check digits have three digits. They are the last three numbers in the signature field on the back.

What do I do if I am unclear?

If there are any ambiguities with your order or credit card payment, please contact us and do not initiate a chargeback. This will lead to unnecessary costs, which we may charge you.

3D Secure
What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is a procedure developed by VISA ("Verified by VISA") and MasterCard ("MasterCard SecureCode") to secure credit card payments on the Internet and requires the additional entry of a personal password. This makes the misuse of credit cards almost impossible.

MasterCard provides further information on "MasterCard SecureCode" here. At VISA this procedure is called "Verified by Visa". You find here more information . The input masks for the security procedures are also described in detail there.

If your card is already registered for 3D Secure, you will be prompted to enter your 3D Secure password after entering your credit card details. The payment process will then continue.

If your card is suitable for 3D Secure, but not yet registered for the procedure, you will be asked to enter a 3D Secure password and some data in the next step. This data is transmitted directly to your credit card issuing institution and is not visible to the merchant or his payment service provider. Afterwards, the payment process continues and your card is registered for 3D Secure, so that you have to confirm future purchases at merchants participating in 3D Secure with the assigned password.

Payment via PayPal

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay in online stores securely, easily and quickly - and free of charge. Secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored at PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. Simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you access your bank or credit card data deposited with PayPal, instead of entering them again with each purchase. Fast: PayPal payments arrive quickly. Then the seller can ship the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Payment with a gift certificate

You want to give someone a special gift, but do not know with what? With our gift vouchers you are right in any case, because good design always comes from the heart.

From 20€ to 200€ the value of the gift voucher can be chosen in several steps. The voucher comes to you as an appealing PDF, which also visually pleases the recipient. The image contains a voucher code that can be easily entered in the shopping cart as with any other voucher.

What else is important to know?
Please note that we send vouchers for your safety only manually! Therefore, the processing and sending of gift certificates is only during business hours from Mon - Fri 08:00 - 19:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 - 13:00. Our gift vouchers have no expiration date.

If the voucher value exceeds the value of the goods, you must leave the voucher code in the comments field when placing your order. You will be credited the excess amount and receive a new code. With this new code you can save again on your next order.

Electronic invoice

An eInvoice is the electronic version of the conventional paper invoice. It is sent electronically, usually by e-mail, and has an electronic signature that makes it legally equivalent to the conventional invoice.

We send the eInvoice by e-mail attached to the shipping confirmation of your order. If required, you can also access the invoice in your personal customer area and print it out yourself at any time.

What is an electronic signature and how do I check it?

The electronic signature enables an invoice to be issued in electronic form (PDF) in a way that is audit-proof and therefore legally compliant. The signature confirms the identity of the issuer and guarantees that the invoice cannot be subsequently changed.

If required, you can check the electronic signature of our eInvoice on the website signatureportal. For companies that want to claim an input tax deduction, this verification, as well as the storage of the verification protocol, is mandatory.

What are the advantages of eInvoices?

Connox sends eInvoices to avoid unnecessary printouts and to reduce paper consumption. The background of eInvoices are mainly ecological aspects and the principle of sustainability, which Connox is committed to.

Connox strives to reduce paper consumption as much as possible. The ideal is the paperless office, where all documents are processed and sent in electronic form.

Credit check

We reserve the right to carry out a credit check based on mathematical-statistical methods in order to protect our legitimate interests. We transmit the personal data required for a credit check to the following service provider:

Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany.

The creditworthiness information may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit check, these are based on a scientifically recognized, mathematical-statistical procedure; address data, among other things, are included in the calculation of the score values. We use the result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the establishment, implementation or termination of a contractual relationship.

Default of payment

In principle, the payment period for invoices in our store is 10 days. After this period you will be reminded of your open invoice by mail.

After another 14 days you will receive a reminder by mail, with which already 5.00 € reminder fees are due.

If you do not follow the reminder, the procedure will be forwarded to a collection agency without further notice, with which further fees are associated. From now on, Connox GmbH is no longer responsible for further proceedings and the collection agency will contact you for further processing.
