Your goods are sent as soon as we received your payment on our bank account, if the goods are in stock. In Germany, a bank transfer takes about 1-2 days, abroad about 4-5 days.
We also offer the possibility of paying via direct bank transfer. The according creditworthiness or already successfully paid orders are thereby the conditions. The invoice amount has to be paid within 14 days.
If you chose to pay via SEPA debit, your goods are immediately sent to you. Of course, the amount is only debited after the goods have been sent. Please make sure to write us your exact bank information and that your account is accordingly covered. Otherwise expensive rebooking might occur, which we are going to additionally charge for, according to our general terms and conditions.
If there are questions about your order or the SEPA debit, please contact us and don’t cancel the payment! This will also raise the costs unnecessarily, with amounts we will charge you for.
You can pay by credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please indicate to us the name of the credit card owner, the credit card number, the security digits, and the validity of the credit card. The security digits are the last three or four numbers on the back of your credit card.
If you have any questions about your order or the debit entry, please contact us and do not arrange any re-transfer! This will lead to unnecessary costs, which we might have to bill you for.
Of course, the sums to be debited are only effected after the sending of your goods.

How does a credit card payment work?
Choose the “credit card” payment method in the ordering process. Please indicate your name, the credit card number as well as the check digits and the validity date of the card afterwards.
Where do I find the required data?
The credit card number is the shaped numerical order on the front of the card.
The check digits are usually on the back of your credit card. Check digits are never shaped, they are always printed. The MasterCard and Visa check digits consist of three numbers. They are the last three numbers in the signature field on the backside of the card. The check digits from the American Express card are four digits and they are placed on the front side of the credit card.
When does the debit of my credit card take place?
The debit of your credit card with the reservation of the amount only begins after the shipping of your goods.
How do I behave in case of obscurities?
In case of obscurities with your order or with your credit card payment, please contact us without arranging a chargeback. This will lead to unnecessary costs that we may bill you for.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a VISA (“Verified by VISA”) and MasterCard (“Mastercard SecureCode”) developed procedure to save credit card payments in the internet and demands an additional insert of a personal password. This makes the misuse of credit cards nearby impossible.
MasterCard displays more information about the "MasterCard SecureCode". The procedure is called “Verified by Visa” at VISA. Find more information in here. There also are detailed descriptions about the selection masks for safety procedures.
If your card is already registered for 3D secure, you will be asked to insert your password after inserting your credit card data. Only then the payment will be continued.
If your card is suitable for 3D Secure, but still not registered for the procedure, you will be demanded to select a 3D Secure Password as well as some personal data. These data is directly sent to the institute you received the credit card from and aren’t viewable by neither the trader nor the payment service. Consequently the payment process will be continued and your card will be registered for 3D Secure, so that future purchases will proceed by 3D Secure and with your password.

PayPal is a safer, simpler way to send and receive money online, for free. Safer: Your bank and credit card data is only viewed by PayPal. This is the reason why they are not sent over the internet by every online purchase. Simple: You pay with two clicks. Since you use your data given to PayPal instead of inserting them again and again at every purchase. Fast: PayPal payments arrive fast. The seller will send the goods immediately and you will get them sooner in general terms.

You can also choose the classical payment method 'Cash-On-Delivery'. You have to pay your order directly to the postman when receiving your package. Please note In Germany you have to pay 4 Euro for the service-charge and 2 Euro to DHL for the delivery.
The SOFORT bank transfer is a procedure which is offered by the SOFORT AG from Gauting in Munich.
Thereby you use your usual bank information. The transaction confirmation makes it possible to get your order sent immediately – faster than with the prepayment method. The only condition is that the products must be in stock.
The SOFORT transaction doesn’t need additional accounts and registrations.

The value of the voucher can differ between 20 and 200 euros. The voucher is sent to you as a PDF document in order to have a pretty appearance. The image includes a code, which is simply introduced in the according field in the shopping cart, as well as every other discount code.

An eInvoice is the electronic version of common paper invoices. It will be sent electronically – mostly via email – and it has an electronic signature, which makes it legally equal to common invoices.
As a customer from Connox you do not receive printed invoices with your delivery package anymore since December 2010!
Instead we will send an e-Invoice as attachment in a package delivery confirmation Email of your order. You can also call and print your invoice in your personal customer area if desired.
What is an electronic signature and how do I check it?
The electronic signature enables a revision secure and legal exposition of an invoice in an electronic form (PDF). The signature confirms the identity of the expositor and guarantees that the invoice cannot be changed later on.
The electronic signature of our e-Invoice can be checked on the signature portal web page if desired. This check, as well as the storage of this review is obligatory for companies that want to assert an input tax deduction.
What advantages have the e-Invoices?
Connox sends e-Invoices to avoid unnecessary prints and to reduce the paper consumption. The background of the e-Invoices is especially the ecological aspect and the principle of sustainability to which Connox feels obliged to.
Connox aspires to reduce the paper consumption as much as possible. The ideal is a paperless office in which all documents are edited and sent on an electronic way.
Non-EU customers don’t pay the German VAT (19%), they will receive a net invoice from us (except for Swiss customers). The VAT is then levied by the according country, mostly by the customs authorities.
If you have a German delivery address and are up to export the bought goods, we will refund the VAT if you send us an invoice assented by the customs authorities as well as your bank information.
We have the right of checking your creditworthiness basing on mathematic-statistic procedures, in order to keep our interests. The personal data required for a credit assessment are passed to the following service provider:

The credit assessment can contain average values (co-called ccore-values). If the result of the credit assessment contains score-values, these ones are based on recognized, mathematic-statistic procedures - the calculation of the score values includes addresses, among others. The result of the check regarding statistic credit worthiness is used for the decision of explaining, admitting or finalizing a contractual relationship.
The payment date of invoices of our shop has to be generally done in 14 days. After that period of time you will be reminded about your invoice via email.
After another 14 days you will get a warning reminder letter, with which you will already have to pay 5€ warning charge.
If you don’t react to this warning, the procedure will be passed to an incasso collection office, where you will be charged again. Connox isn’t responsible anymore for further procedures regarding your invoice and the incasso office will contact you for further handlings.
We only offer all the payment types to German customers, since f. e. it isn’t possible to accept the payment type “cash on delivery” abroad.
If the payment types are still not shown to you, it might be like it because of incomplete address information or a negative creditworthiness from the CEG.
