For us adults it is sometimes hard to take ourselves a little less serious. There is only few time for self-irony and reflexion with our full calendar nowadays. ArchitectMade envoys the “Strit” in order to change this.
Strit embodies the typical Danish virtues of self-irony, which helps to light the darkest days. Sometimes we have to be reminded that not everything is as important and big as we believe. ArchitectMade’s Strit allows different positions with the flexible body: starting from surprised to worried, and all what’s in between.
ArchitectMade manufactures Strit out of different materials: Its base consists of oiled teak wood, the top of beech wood. And the hairs are made of sheep wool. The timeless design by Hans Bølling for ArchitectMade out of 1953 encourages different moods with its positions.
