The Mega Blue Ribbed Series from Royal Copenhagen is a homage to the original muslin-painting pattern from 177 5. . A delicate blue décor, somewhat larger than that of the classic, characterises the tableware series, which is just as great on the everyday kitchen table as it is on the festively laid table. The ribbed surface of the porcelain provides an additional eye-catcher and makes the porcelain something very special. The timeless series was created in 2000 by designer Karen Kjaeldgård-Larsen.
For example, small appetizers can be presented on the serving plate, while the storage tins can be used for dry food. Cake plates, bonbonnières and etagere are perfect for serving sweet food.
The tableware from Royal Copenhagen comes from the most traditional porcelain factory in Denmark and has been produced since 1775. It is painted by hand and is characterized by its high quality. The Danish Royal Family uses the tableware Royal Copenhagen for special occasions.
