The Musselmalet Gerippt series was designed as early as 1770 and came onto the market in 1775 as the first series of the manufacturer Royal Copenhagen. The decor is characterised by a filigree lace pattern with delicate cobalt blue flower tendrils painted by hand on the porcelain. Thus each piece is unique. The slightly grooved surface of the tableware creates a special feel. In the 1880s the design was revised by Arnold Krog.
The bowls of the series are available in different sizes and are suitable for everyday use as well as for special occasions. The bowls can be used to serve snacks, salads, soups or desserts.
