The serving plates of the Musselmalet Gerippt series from Royal Copenhagen are characterised by their filigree, cobalt blue lace pattern, which is painted by hand onto the high-quality porcelain. The slightly ribbed surface also provides a special feel. The pattern was designed as early as 1770 and was launched on the market in 1775 as the first series by the manufacturer Royal Copenhagen . To this day, the series inspires porcelain lovers all over the world due to its timeless design. In the 1880s, the pattern was revised by Arnold Krog.
The serving plates of the Musselmalet Gerippt series are available in various designs and are suitable for serving cakes, desserts or full meals, for example. A sugar bowl and a sauce boat are also part of the series. The fine porcelain can be used for everyday use as well as for special occasions.
