The Pirum is the smallest light of the series A by Schneid. The muted light shines through the fine wooden slats and casts a glare-free light, creating a warm and natural ambience in the room due to its sophisticated structure.
Pirum is besides Volum and Secundum part of Series A, the first lighting collection by Niklas Jessen and Julia Mülling for Schneid in 2011. All lamps in this series impress, in particular with their warm glow and an organic shape.
The lights have been designed above all for the living and dining areas. The Pirum pendant lamp, as all lights from Schneid, are handmade in North Germany. The poplar material comes from sustainable forests from local suppliers. All lights are delivered with 2m of fabric cable and a “CableCup” cover.
