According to the designer Bent Krebs Plint was created because he loves to cook with herbs and also wants to see them. Always impressive, how object can be created whos origin was a practical thought.
Instead of the ugly black plastic pots out o which the herbs usually grow, positioned Bent Krebs his Plint-Series: "The herbs stand nicely on the table and are an adornment."
Plint became popular very quickly. Thanks to the big creativity of the customers Plint is now more than just a herb pot. Plint can be used for so many different things, like the serving of snacks, or the storing of office articles, but also as candle holder or for preparing food.
The pots are made of white ceramic, while you can choose teak wood, oak, or Wengé for the wooden handle. All the wooden materials are FSC-certified as usual for Skagerak, of course.Also in our blog:
