Compact wall light with flat shade
Classic luminaire elements in combination with modern lines, that is Minneapolis Wall light from Frandsen . With its slender construction with minimalist details, it is slightly reminiscent of Japanese design, giving the interior a subtle, stylish touch.
Thanks to its clear lines and shapes, it can be easily integrated into a variety of rooms that go beyond its original purpose - the hotel industry: Whether as a night light in the bedroom, in a reading corner in the living room or as lighting from above in the corridor.
The wall lamp is made of painted steel and is also available in various colours.
Lighting series from the design of the Crowne Plaza
The Minneapolis series was created in connection with the design of the Scanticon Hotel and Conference Centre in Minneapolis Minnesota, in 1984 (now Crowne Plaza). Behind the design is the Danish architectural office Friis & Moltke.
The luminaires were also used in the Borupgård conference centre and the H.C. Andersen Hotel in Odense, both in Denmark.
