The Plane Secretary by Müller Möbelwerkstätten is a robust piece of furniture which convinces with fine lines and intelligent working space solutions.
The Felix Stark secretary is equipped with two drawers that hide under a covering board. Between the drawers there is a blended cables-passage in the middle: this one hides cables behind the desk. Also the upper deposit space of the Plane Secretary is prepared so that the cable gets invisible behind the secretary. The cables disappear behind a small bridge on the back being perfectly integrated in the design.
The secretary is made out of birch multiplex boards and covered with melamine. The surfaces are white lacquered. The edges remained in their original natural shape but were oiled. That is how a pleasant contrast of colours emerges for this secretary.
Felix Stark lives and work in Cologne. He was born in the year 1976 in Bonn, in the year 2002 he completes his apprenticeship as a carpenter and begins studying industrial design. Since 2004 he leads his own industrial-design-office Formstark. Designer Felix Stark
