The Itis table lamp was created by the japapnese designer Naoto Fukasawa for Artemide. The flexible adjustable lamp with innovative LED-technology provides a bright, warm light by extremly reduced energy consumption.

Itis produces direct and scattered light. The joints at the bottom part and at the head of the lamp allow a rotation of the shaft between 0° and 90° and the head can turn 180°. The three illuminants in the head of Itis let the light shine through a small ring to the sides and by turning of the head the light can shine overhead or below.

The LED-illuminants are characterized by a very low energy consumption, a long lifespan and a perfect light result. LED-illuminants send out the light to 100% directly in the surrounding area, so that Energy waste and light emission can be ruled out in other directions.

For the flexible and futuristic design, the table lamp by Artemide Itis received the red dot design award "Best of the Best" and the American Good Design Award.

The lower part of the Itis table lamp is made of painted metal alloy, the stem in painted metal and the lights made ​​of painted metal and polycarbonate. The table lamp by Artemide is available in black and white.
