In a bed of such a name, insomnia becomes a thing of the past: Tiefschlaf (meaning deep sleep in German) consists of six shaped wood modules that are fastened together by a nylon belt and press-buttons. Thus, without any tools, a comfortable bed is created.
The modules' shape is unobtrusive, foregoing sides and slatted frames entirely. This new solution does not only flatter the eye; it also adapts to different sleeping requirements. The desired hardness of the mattress can be adjusted by means of the stainless steel feet. The shape and arrangement of the modules offer ventilation and cushioning for every mattress-class. When stacked, Tiefschlaf is reduced to a minimal packaging-size.
Tiefschlaf is characterised by maximum mobility and practicality, since the Stadtnomaden manufacturer from Stuttgart focuses on quality, value and durability. The company-founders Linda Altmann and Oliver Krapf are personally responsible for the Tiefschlaf bed.
The Stadtnomaden bed is also available with a higher head-end as "Tiefschlaf II".
