Bench with a wedge
The story of the wedge begins with the first axes in the stone age and the early stone mining in Egypt. Wedges are important tools for infinite number of things until today. The wedge is emphasized and honoured with the bench by Norrmade.
Small part of great effect
The bench made of ash could be composed in any construction, but Norrmade decided to hold it together by a rubber-coated wedge. The wedge colour distinguishes itself from the rest of the bench and holds together the construction on the narrow sides. Both small wedges on the sides are responsible for the resistance of the seat.
