Decorative Car Model
The Sedan automobile by Kay Bojesen is a miniature model of a futuristic car that both young and old car lovers will appreciate. Kay Bojesen came up with this design in 1937.
Aerodynamic Silhouette out of Oak
The Sedan vehicle is made out of untreated oak wood and is 27 cm long - characteristics of the original design that still fit in on desks or sideboards of today. Sedan is also available in a slightly smaller version with a length of 13 cm made of beech wood lacquered red and black. Both cars have a windscreen made of Plexiglass.
Its aerodynamic lines are reminiscent of a futuristic super hero car, that are just as modern and timeless as they were back in 1930s. Sedan was obviously modelled on cars by Mercedes Benz, Horchen or BMW, which all have a long bonnet and the spare tire on the backside.
