Since 1987 the Italian lamp manufacturer Artemide produces the Tolomeo-Lamp from the designers Giancarlo Fassina and Michele de Lucchi. The designer duo suceeded with Tolomeo, a trend-setting table lamp, which can be found today on the desks in uncountable architecture offices and agencies.
The fully adjustable body, the simple aluminium look and the hat-shaped diffuser are the characteristics from Tolomeo, that inspire other manufacturers and designers to produce similar lamps from this simple design. The 2 meter long cable provides mobility and offers leeway.
Thanks to the highly flexible swivel arm and the rotatable shade, it is easy to get Tolomeo's light everywhere on your table. Aside from the here shown "light bulb versions" in alu-silver, the Tolomeo Lamp is also available in white and black, as well as a version for energy-efficient lamps (Socket: GX24q) and halogen bulbs (Socket: E27).Also in our blog:
