Spring-loaded table lamp by Midgard
The spring-loaded table lamp by Midgard is an archetype among desk lamps. The design, which has remained unchanged for decades, impresses with its minimalist design with maximum function. Thanks to the sophisticated technology of Curt Fischer, the inventor of the steerable light, the light cone can be individually aligned. Therefore, the luminaire is ideal for focused work at the desk.
The principle of the task luminaire with a precisely alignable and glare-free light source was part of the Midgard philosophy from the very beginning. Convinced of its advantages, Bauhaus director Walter Gropius also worked under its light. The lamp with E27 base is made of steel and aluminium.
