A little refreshment from time to time does not only really good for us, but also for our cake dough. This was reason enough for Bodum to expand the Bistro range with an ice-cold utensil.
A simple screw mechanism on the left and right sides of the plastic body opens the rolling pin so that its hollow middle can be filled with ice. Pasta dough annoyingly sticking to the rolling pin and mushy butter dough are a thing of the past.
Nubbed handles ensure a good hold while rolling. After baking the utensil can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
