Hay - Colour Carpet
The vivid Colour Carpets were designed by Scholten & Baijings. The tufted carpets consist of 100% New Zeeland wool. The background consists of cotton. The extensive rugs appear in six colourful designs.
By means of the colour gradients and graphic patterns, Scholten & Baijings created designs with visual transparence. Every Colour Carpet possesses clearly separated areas that are lined through with further gradation and geometric lines. The colours are combined depending on the carpet variant. Hay provides six different Colour Carpets as a total.
The Colour Carpets from Hay are part of a collection of textiles that were developed in cooperation with the Studio Scholten & Baijings. Besides the Colour Carpets there are dish towels, bed linen and a further carpet-series in here.

very nice but colour is different from the pic,

The carpet is very nice, thick and dense, but the appearance is light and airy which I like. however the colour is different from the picture - the white part is actually of light blue colour. The carpet has also started fluffing, which I hope will go away after several weeks as normally with wool carpets.
