The Crib from A di Alessi creates Christmas moods with a humorous touch. The comic drawer and illustrator Massimo Giacon who was born in Padua in the year 1961 designed it. The wonderful synchronized crib group as hand decorated and revitalized with a grad detail love.

Massimo Giacon entered the fascinating porcelain figure world with his crib. Especially he grappled with the refined tradition of the European manufactures from the 18th century until today. With the porcelain Crib, Massimo Giacon reinterpreted Christmas cribs in a humorous style, on his own creative way.

A di Alessi and Massimo Giacon gave the porcelain figure genre a new direction and made them contemporaneous furnishing items. They are a lovingly reinterpretation of the tradition-rich objects that were named dusty and functionless for a long time.
