The Aroma Espresso cups is part of the Aroma-Series by Koziol.

The whole series was designed by the Italian designer Matteo Thun and his Studio Thun. The Aroma cups have a plastic ring, through which they can perfectly be hold. This is neccassary because the products of the Aroma-Series do not have any handles.

This small but demonstrative and effective detail changes the drinking. The typical handling falls away and the cups convinces through their round perfection. The fancy concept should take the bustle of the coffee drinking and help, to rediscover the relaxed character of the drinking.

The Aroma Espresso cups are made of Milano Porcellain with a plastic ring. It is NOT dishwasher-safe.

Matteo Thun was born in Bolzano, Italy, in 1952, studied at the Salzburg Academy under Oskar Kokoschka, took his degree in architecture in Florence in 1975 with Adolfo Natalini and moved to Milan in 1978, where he met and started working with Ettore Sotts Designer Matteo Thun
