The collection of exceptional Christmas baubles out of porcelain is expanded with the second motive „Fast“ by Cédric Ragot for Rosenthal. A series of Christmas baubles for those that want to re-interpret Christmas emerged out of the design of the most successful gifts collection of the Rosenthal studio-line.

The exceptional Fast collection of the Rosenthal studio-line mirrors the archetypical Christmas bauble, frozen in digital time-compressions.

A mixture of collective memorization and futuristic abstraction symbolizes the cultural change, caused by digital technique: The velocity of information, its aging and end.

This is expressed by the metaphoric ornamentation of the Christmas bauble, while it is also sculptured by highly technological tools on the other side, resuming 500 years of human manufacturing.

A fascinating interpretation of nowadays changes and another exceptional design object of the Rosenthal studio-line, designed by Cédric Ragot.
