The Stelton wine cooler belongs to the Classic-Line and was designed by Eric Magnussen in 1990. It keeps your wine cool and enjoyable without the use of ice cubes because it works according to the principle of physical cooling and the double-walled wine cooler takes perfectly advantage of it. Precooled bottles are kept at a low temperature for a long time.
Since the 1960’s the company Stelton has been aiming at producing high-quality table and serving utensils made of stainless steel. From then on, Stelton has been awarded several times with the Industry Prize from the Danish Society for Industrial Design. In addition, many Stelton products can be admired nowadays in museums, like e.g. in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the British Museum in London and the National Museum for Applied Arts in Munich.
The Stelton wine cooler consists of mat polished stainless steel. The high-quality material and the outstanding processing grant a long durability.
Erik Magnussen was born in 1940 in Copenhagen. Educated as a ceramist at the School of Applied Arts and Design he graduated with a silver medal in 1960. Designer Erik Magnussen
