Candleholder in an Angel Shape
The Angel candleholder by Vitra is a design by the American designer Alexander Girard from 1953 and is characterised by its swinging playful angel silhouette. Made of powder-coated steel in a flat form, the figure is almost reminiscent of a silhouette.
Alexander Girard designed the candleholder for his own house in Santa Fe, but also shows the object in international exhibitions. On the home table or sideboard with a commercially available candle, the Angle candleholder provides a cosy atmosphere and can also be used during the Advent season.
