Floor Lamp with Adjustable Shade
The Cappuccina Floor Lamp by Inga Sempé for Luceplan consists of a slender metal base and a spherical body made of opal glass, which contains an LED module.
The spherical body is complemented by a flexible fabric shade with which the light can be adjusted as desired. Thanks to the flexible construction the light of the Cappuccina can be adjusted to different needs: direct light for reading or indirect light as atmospheric lighting in the living room. Depending on requirements, the lamp shade of the Cappuccina can be easily adjusted with only one handle.
The Cappuccina floor lamp is part of the eponymous collection of lamps by Inga Sempé, which includes also a pendant lamp and a table lamp. The lampshades of the luminaires are available in two different sizes and in three versions. The pattern on the shade have been designed by the designer herself.
Lamp Shade with Spotted Pattern
At first sight, the lamp shades in cream, brown and green might look plain, on closer inspection one sees a speckled pattern. At the top of the shade the pattern starts very dense, getting larger gaps going downwards. The pattern gradually spreads downward, creating a delicate shading in tune on the lampshade.
The accessory to the fixing of the light shade on the Cappuccina ball is available upon request.
