Old Forms and Materials Transformed into a New and Pure Form
The chandelier Franklin in the Tribeca series by designer Søren Rose is equipped with four differently directed luminaires and has been created through a mix and match process. The designer Søren Rose travelled through the USA in order to then reassemble individual lamp parts. Within this creative process, new pure forms with elegant details were developed.
Artwork in a Retro Style
All lamps of the Tribeca series are inspired by the gloss and glamour of New York in the late 1930s. The name Tribeca refers to a very popular district of New York on the Lower West Side of Manhattan, the Triangle Below Canal Street. The Danish designer himself lives in New York and there developes new ideas that suit the Audo Design. He created new combinations of form, function, material and aesthetics.
The Franklin Chandelier requires four E27 bulbs. It is available in four different versions.
