The idea behind 3x5 reduces a full shelf into four boards, which are used as the horizontal part.

The content of the shelf itself - the files - are being used as the vertical element. It is very simple to build or to dismantle 3x5 because there are no connecting parts at all - everything has just to be stacked!

The usage of the shelf happens intuitive. The files just have to be pulled out or pushed in. Up to three files can be taken from each etage at one time, without destabilizing 3x5.

Because of 3x5 consists just of four identical boards, production is very cost-saving and simple. Using only one material, as well as the minimal measures when packed and therefore low postage fees make it an ecological and economical product.

The aim of 3x5 is to be neither more nor less than is necessary to store files in an orderly and appropriate way.
