He has significantly been inspired by the German Bauhaus and still today the tradition-rich house stands for cutleries that fulfil their function and simultaneously look beautiful. The Mestro series is a craftsmanship for culinary artists. Handy and sharp are these professional cooking and kitchen knives whose elegant forms have been created by the designer Ralph Krämer. Meat, fish, vegetables, salads, herbs – the Mestro series are exceptional with its different sized knives’ and blades’ forms in every relation.

The hand ground blade of the Pott knives is sharp and this for long (not for all) times. While it is used every knife will get blunt one day. Professionals like butchers and chefs sharpen their knives with the sharpening steel every now and then.

The hard-chromed sharpening steel from Pott is slightly magnetic, the knives’ blades hand the better at the steel like that. The grip gives secure hold to the hand and the plate at the end of the grip protects the hand from injuries. The sharpening procedure is surprisingly easy and fast learned.
