Eva Solo - Salad Spin-Dryer

The Eva Solo method for drying salad works without heavy devices or kitchen towels. A simple small bucket is being spun with muscle power and this is enough for drying the healthy green thoroughly.

The small bucket is equipped with a nylon cord and has a stainless steel plate on the inside that works as a drain. The salad is first washed in the bucket. The water is drained by compressing the bucket to form a drain. The container is now being spun. Excess water is gathered below the drainage plate and the salad is quickly dry and ready for serving.

The Eva Solo Salad Spin-Dryer gains it flexibility from its material, which is soft food-compliant TPE rubber. It is also dishwasher-proof and easy to store.
