Bowl made of Wire Frame
The wire basket is a design from Auerberg, whose designers draw inspiration from a trip to Namibia. That’s where they discovered a clever wire basket, which showed a kinetic miracle: three bent wire parts were connected to form a circle and resulted in a fascinating sculptural object - to be used as a salad spinner, fruit bowl or many other things.
The design that came to Africa some time ago, now finds its way to Europe and stands out by its unusual appearance, as well as its functionality. Being very flexible the wire basket allows to be shaped to different silhouettes and so repeatedly appears in a new look.
The design object works when standing for itself as a sculpture on the sideboard, serves as a fruit or vegetable bowl in the kitchen or allows to be filled with sweets and chocolate standing on the side table.
