The idea for the Nappula Candlestick was born when designer Matti Klenell visited the Glass Museum in Nuutajärvi and fell in love with an unusually shaped table. Inspired by the table's distinctive and distinct design, Klenell created a series of modern candlesticks: Nappula Was born!
The naming of the candlestick by Iittala can be interpreted in many ways, because the word Nappula has various meanings in Finnish, ranging from a push button or button in user interfaces, to pieces or figures in board games, to the name of a child.
The Nappula Candlestick by Iittala is available in several sizes and in different color finishes. Nappula Combines classic elements with modern influences and offers, depending on the design, from a small candlestick to a 6-arm candelabra the right candlestick almost any occasion and ambience.
