The Boogie hanger bx Axel Weinbrecht is a true design classic!
The design of the spectacular hanger comes from Hermann Wörner. It impresses with curved shapes and, closely related, unusual appearance and surprising functionality.
The sophisticated design results in Boogie being able to pass through the neck hole of a pullover or t-shirt without widening or stretching.
The curved shape and manufacturing from one piece ensure that Boogie only has to be rotated by 90° for the hanger to become an elegant hook for clothing rails with wire or thin rods.
The Boogie hanger/hook by Axel Weinbrecht was awarded with many important design prizes for this special and clever design, such as the Good Design Award 1999, Chicago, the Good Design Award 2004, Tokyo, the Form 2000 and the Design Plus 1997.
Boggie can also be seen in the Musée de la mode et du textile in Paris and in ‘Au Versitaire, une Historie de cintres!’, a book about hangers by Daniel Rozensztroch.
