Board with Grooves for Meat Preparation
The board is certainly one of the most commonly used items in any kitchen - but not all boards are the same. And because kitchen, dining and living room become more and more a joint living space, a kitchen board is more than a mere cutting board. Tobias Lugmeier put a lot of thought into it and designed a family of three boards for Auerberg, which in their basic form are the same, but which differ in their function.
His Meat Chopping Board with deep grooves for the drainage of blood and meat juices is primarily made for the kitchen, for preparing and seasoning of the meat, but also for presentation and garnishing. Thanks to the handle, the Auerberg Board allows to be easily picked up and carried, making it particularly handy.
