Mega Blue ribbed plate
The Mega Blue Gerippt plates from Royal Copenhagen were designed in 2000 by Danish designer Karen Kjældgård-Larsen and are with their fresh and wild floral decor a reinterpretation of the iconic Musselmalet Gerippt decor from the year 177 5. The flowers and leaves in blue look different on each plate, which makes the tableware very decorative to present on the dining table.
Made of porcelain in white with hand-painted decoration in blue
The plates are made of porcelain in white. They are dishwasher safe and suitable for the microwave. Available in different shapes and sizes, they fit in every kitchen and on every dining table. The blue decoration is brought in elaborate handwork on the plates. Thus, each plate is absolutely unique. Mega Blue Ribbed was originally designed with 8 different patterns. On the back of each plate is therefore a number. This refers to the pattern on this particular article.
