Stoneware serving plate with horse motif
The rectangular Musta Tamma serving plate by Marimekko is made of white stoneware and has a pretty horse motif and blue details. It makes a good gift for horse lovers:inside and can be used as a fruit or vegetable plate as well as a decorative tray on a shelf. The serving dish is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe.
The pattern Musta tamma, in Finnish "black mare", reflects artist Maija Isolas' memories of her childhood. Back then, she often imagined galloping freely in the forest together with a large herd of horses. The pattern can now be found on many Marimekko products in the Connox Shop.
