Spring Cotton Kitchen Apron
The Alku apron by Marimekko features the Alku pattern designed by Maija Louekari and is made entirely of cotton. Practically, it is equipped with a front pocket, an adjustable neck strap and ties at the waist.
The bean-like shapes in the new Marimekko pattern represent seeds that grow into gorgeous, bold flowers. They symbolise a new beginning, as spring is, hence the name Alku - "beginning" in Finnish. The pattern is printed in Helsinki.
