Linen tea towels

The Taika series has enjoyed great popularity since its introduction in 2007. The tea towels from the Taika collection are made of linen and pick up the imaginative graphic style of the Taika series.

And indeed, Taika is different: When I was little, I always liked to watch the little mole of the Czech illustrator Zdeněk Miler and many other Eastern European and Russian animation films. I still like the handmade style of these animations , says designer Klaus Haapaniemi. Even in the pattern of the Taika series, this handmade style is obviously noticeable.

Taika offers a completely new facet to the previous Iittala range, but still takes into account the Iittala well-known Mix & Match principle, which stands for complete freedom of combination of all Iittala products.
