LED table lamp in baroque style
The Bon Jour Versailles LED table lamp is the result of a previous collaboration between Flos , the famous designer Philippe Starck. While the shade is reminiscent of his already famous Bon Jour lamp, the base was created in a cooperation with the crystal glass manufactory Baccarat. As a template served here the pompous Versailles candlestick, which now acts as a link between historical and modern design.
In the palace of Versailles, the sun god was bored. One day he had a vision of lightning, a new and magical light, different from his own sunshine, which illuminated the hall of mirrors. He dreamed of it and designed his coat of arms from it. A few centuries later, Flos and Baccarat make this vision a reality by combining the most modern technology with their timeless know-how. And history becomes modernity. Philippe Starck
Collaboration between Flos , Starck and Baccarat
The Bon Jour Versailles lamp is equipped with a transparent base, whose sweeping lines recall the noble charm of Baccart, while exuding a certain lightness. This base is combined with Starck's Bon Jour shade, which is available in a transparent or a somewhat playful pleated version, depending on your preference. Crowned in the truest sense of the word the design is completed with a shiny cover in copper or chrome, which gives the overall appearance its elegant character.
The indirect light of the Bon Jour Versailles is suitable as an excellent background lighting in the living room or hallway, giving a pleasant warmth that envelops any environment in a pleasant atmosphere.
