Extraordinary LED table lamp made of two tubes
Simple, geometric shapes come together in the Sawaru LED table lamp from Flos to create an extraordinary light object with an aha effect. The Japanese design team Nendo is behind the ingenious design.
This innovative spotlight consists of two die-cast aluminium tubes that are joined together at a 90-degree angle. The lower tube serves as a platform and the cylinder lying crosswise on top of it as the actual light source. The two objects surprise with their outstanding flexibility: the projection angle can be adjusted in three positions (25, 40 and 60 degrees) to guarantee the perfect lighting position for every room.
Use as floor lamp
In addition, the supporting tube can easily be removed and Sawaru can be placed vertically. It can thus be used as a ceiling floodlight or in the horizontal position as accent lighting on the floor. In this way, the innovative, dimmable luminaire quickly becomes a design object that can be used in many ways - whether in the bedroom, living room, hallway or bathroom.
Sawaru is available in different paint finishes.
