I have ordered many things from Connox and I wanted to share my enthusiasm. The competent and friendly customer service was remarkable. I was immediately helped when there was a question about a product. In one case I was called back after a few minutes. Really great! The delivery is also worth mentioning: it was done in only 24 hours in my case! And even without Express. If I had ordered at a different, larger German online shop, I would have waited 3 weeks for my parcel. I was able to track my parcel whenever I wanted, so I knew where it was at every stage of its journey. So far, I have received all of my orders safely and without any damage.

I think it is easiest to see the quality of an online shop when something goes wrong. Unfortunately there were two damaged lamps in my parcel, but the Connox team were exemplary in processing my return and my new lamps arrived a few days later without further issue. Keep it up!

Fantastic distributor. A glass was damaged, maybe from the processing. I told the distributor immediately by mail, and I was asked to take a photo of the glass in order to send me a new one. I want to emphasise, this happened yesterday afternoon. I haven’t photographed the damage yet (my battery was empty) but I just received a spare glass. This is wonderful! Thank you!

The selection is enormous: accessories for the apartment, furniture, lamps, technology, design books, household, everything for outside (Outdoor), kitchen or toys. Plus, there is detailed information about everything.
If you call up, you can order items that aren't even on the website!
The employees answered my questions competently and quickly and were very friendly! And since orders over €20 have free delivery, I even saved some money. My parcel was here the day after I made the order! The goods were in perfect condition and the gift also arrived without any damage. The Connox shop has a very good selection of designer items. It is also always current – shortly after the consumers goods fairs such as the Ambiente or Tendence, the new things were available in the Connox shop. The search function could be a improved slightly: If you search for specific product names or for specific manufacturers, all the products from that manufacturer appear instantly. I placed my first order with the furniture house Connox 5 months ago. Since then, I have ordered 10 or 20 more times there spending more than €1000. The online shop is incredible and it is being constantly improved. Large, varied product images, detailed descriptions (rare in this industry), designers’ profiles, manufacturer descriptions, etc. Everything you could ask for. You can also leave products in the shopping cart over night if you can't choose something instantly. Personal customer service. They will even, for example, call back to check on you, 30 days to exchange, collection by DHL paid for by the company — simply fantastic. This is how shopping is made enjoyable. Even when I wasn’t satisfied with my order 3 or 4 times, the things were exchanged or simply returned without any difficulty. Other shops could take a leaf out of their book, although I must add that I haven’t had much experience with online furniture shops. But in contrast to the service of stationary designer furniture warehouses, this one is a dream.

Hats off! A good service needs a lot of hard work, money, employee training, etc. etc. My first experience with Connox proved that the customer is the king here. The shop is easy to use, there are lots of payment options, good logistics (e.g. DHL tracking online, DHL delivers on Saturday, DHL collection service and last but not least: delivery costs free from a minimum order value of 20.00 Euro. Plus kind and fast phone contact. I am pleasantly surprised and hope the good service continues. Simply great!
