Furniture and home accessories made of luxurious materials
Menu's Umanoff Collection updates classic designs using luxurious materials such as brass, marble, leather and walnut wood. Behind the designs is Arthur Umanoff, an American industrial designer of the 50s and 60s. As one of the pioneers of the global design movement, Umanoff avoided embellishment and frills, opting instead for a clean, streamlined look for his designs.
Despite the clean design language, Umanoff's objects are equally convincing with a timeless, warm look and subtle functionality. The result is unique furniture and accessories that lend charm and elegance to both private and public spaces: whether a wine rack with bottle holders made of leather, tall plant pots made of rattan or slim brass pendants with details made of walnut wood.
Arthur Umanoff was convinced that design should not only be beautiful and functional, but also accessible. Using natural materials and updated methods to redefine traditional furniture, he created versatile designs for the home.
