Georg Jensen - Forma Chopping Board

The Forma Chopping Board by Georg Jensen embodies a pretty, organic design. This form doesn’t only make the Helle Damkjær designed board optically harmonic, but makes it also wonderful to hold.

In France, where I live, I am extradited to a gastronomic paradise. I have been invited to too many good brunches and dinners with perfectly served tables that did decently comply with luxury and etiquette rules.
Forma represents my own demand of designing a chopping board which would represent luxury and the pragmatic Scandinavian serving culture at the same time.

Because of its exceptional hygienic qualities, oak wood was used for the Forma chopping board. It has been treated with biologic oil out of natural mineral-oils, which protect the chopping board and avoid drying and tiring.

Besides the Forma chopping boards, there is also a serving set for cheese available out of the Forma series by Helle Damkjær for Georg Jensen.
