The Doney TV is a work from the early 60s. It has formed people's image of portable TVs. But that's not enough. It has also been an innovation in the technicals sense since it has been the first TV with a transistor built in Europe. It was the first to win the "Compasso d'Oro", which is an important prize even for such a successful team of designers as Richard Sapper and Marco Zanuso.
Brionvega has equipped the Doney with the newest technology. The wilful looks with the overdimensional screen make the Doney so very special that you will always recognize it.
This is not only a TV but it is also a piece of cultural history!
