Shoe grooming bag

This inconspicuous, but outstandingly processed bag made of grey felt contains a polishing brush, two brushes for putting on the polish, one can of tapir dubbin, one polishing cloth and a textile bags for journeys.

The durable brushes are hand-made in the Winerhuber Workshops in Hamburg whereas the felt bag is produced in the Berufsbildungswerk München-Johanneskirchen for hearing and speech impaired adolescents. Thus, the name “side by side” makes sense; this inconspicuous accessory becomes something special. The shoe grooming bag by “side by side” has the size 23 x 18 x 7 cm. It was designed by the factor product design agency & Sabine Meyer.

The design brand side by side was founded in 2001 by Sabine Meyer and the Caritas Wendelstein Factories and free designers. Since then Sabine Meyer is responsable as project leader for the unusual brand side by side. Designer Sabine Meyer
